Michael is an exceptional mage who has wanted King Albert's heart since he first set eyes on him. Because Albert already has many lovers, however, Michael decides to become someone more special to him: the king's one and only minister of magic. Although the king and minister traditionally sleep together to exchange mana, Michael refuses and even invents a machine for the purpose despite Albert's frequent propositions.
