Hayasaka is a handsome salaryman who despite his outwardly pleasant demeanor, is actually very spiteful inside. His favourite routine when coming back home from work include stopping by the convenience store to buy beer to drink at home. One day, he happened to come across the convenience store's part-timer, Kumagai jumping into a river to save a cat. 仕事は出来るが八方美人な営業マン・早坂は、毎晩通うコンビニのバイト・熊谷が助けた猫を保護するため一緒に暮らすことに。最初は嫌々だったものの、人には見せてこなかった自分の弱い所も優しく受け入れてくれる熊谷との生活に、次第に心地よさを感じ始める。しかし、同居に慣れてきたある日、熊谷に甘い表情で「かわいい」と言われ、つい意識してしまい…!?
