This title is broad, but it covers MLs and FLs who are:
- Physically disabled (will include those who are "cured," as long as it's a major plot point)
- Disfigured, whether through birth or events
- An appearance that is usually stigmatized or avoided entirely in Manwha (dark skin, higher weight, not "attractive," etc.
- Spends a significant chunk of the story stuck as an animal
- Mentally unwell (only if it is a major part of the story, and not including basic yandere craziness)
- Conditions such as OCD, Autism, etc.
- Any other unusual mental or physical characteristics
