Captivated by the chicken Jiyoung creates, King Yeonsan appoints her as the Daeryeong-suksu (Royal Head Chef) in charge of his meals, threatening her with execution if she ever prepares an unappetizing dish.
And so, to survive, Jiyoung presents the surasang (royal meal) to King Yeonsan every night, and before long, a subtle atmosphere begins to flow between the two…
