Ansia, a former wartime nurse, accepts a strange marriage proposal ad due to her debt and poverty, and heads to the advertiser’s house.

The only condition for marriage: to bear a healthy child.

Surprisingly, the man behind the ad is none other than the war hero, Duke Bellados.

But instead of the duke, a mysterious man named "Al" appears and tempts her, claiming they must go through a preparation period before meeting the duke.
